5. That’s coming along nicely.
6. That’s much, much better.
7. I’m happy to see you working like that.
8. I’m proud of the way you worked today.
9. You’re doing that much better today.

To me, praising players is not an option – IT IS A MUST!!

When the boys come off of the practice pitch, i often ask them how they feel they di, what could they of done differently etc. The lads need to have faith and confidence in themselves.

This is an awesome sight, and i will continue to use it!! Thanks from South Africa, hope to see you all here soon!!
